Measuring equipment for bearing bushings on cardan shafts
The task involved dynamically measuring the inside diameter of bearing bushings with suitable measuring equipment. The specimens are automatically positioned in two tool holders. The measurement is performed on both bearing bushings at the same time. Two electric feelers measure the inside diameters and the measured values are transmitted to an SPC meter. Depending on the calculated correction values, two spindles each are controlled on two machine tools down the line. |
