Pneumatic compressed air control system for tunnel boring machines

In hydroshield tunnel construction, the compressed air control system developed for tunnel boring machines controls the pressure between the rotating cutter and the tunnel wall to prevent water ingress and compensate for possible problems while filling in bentonite.
